Pickups are Tuesday through Thursday 9am-3pm. Pick up is due within 10 business days of payment. A daily storage fee of $10 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the buyer's certificate. We have a loading dock available. We will place the item(s) on the loading dock. Customer is responsible for loading once item is placed on the dock. If a forklift or labor is needed to help load, an additional fee will be required. Shipping is available for most lots. Please contact us to see if shipping is available on this lot, for shipping quote, and/or handling fee. Buyer is more than welcome to send third party to pick up this item, once handling fee is agreed upon and settled. If the buyer chooses to ship the item, we are not liable for it once it is picked up by the carrier. We recommend visual inspection for all items. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.

The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting.
Removal is by appointment only, and you must call 410-633-2220 to schedule a date and time. Pickups are Tuesday through Thursday from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the buyer's certificate. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).
