Buyer is responsible for all rigging, moving and transport of the lathe once it is purchased. Semi trailer height loading dock at 42" is available in the same lab, a ramp up to that height is in a different part of the building to get it to ground level and will need coordination to navigate through a welding lab and with minimal student traffic.

The building is raised and has a loading dock at a semi trailer deck height. It will need to be moved out of the building first. All rigging and moving is the responsibility of the buyer. 05/21/2026 15:08:29 PM

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
