These units have the following approximate measurements: Length: 23" Width: 18.5" Height: 43".
All assets are sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once any asset is removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid. Winning bidders are responsible for arranging asset pickup and transportation (Item pick up at bay 24). We do not deliver any assets whatsoever, and are unable to provide any containment such as boxes, crates, straps, etc.
We require 24-hour notice prior to all asset pickups and inspections (Item pick up at bay 24). Items may be picked up during normal business hours Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. at our location. No GovDeals pickups will be allowed on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. Appointments are available on a first come, first served basis, and may not be available next day. Please see below for additional instructions, as well as for terms and conditions of the sale.

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). Entfernung
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' Ohio State University/Columbus, OH makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
THE OHIO STATE UNIVERSITY SURPLUS DEPARTMENT WILL BE CLOSED DECEMBER 24, 2025 THROUGH JANUARY 2, 2026. THERE WILL BE NO ITEM PICK UPS DURING THIS TIME. WE WILL BE BACK AND FULLY OPERATIONAL ON MONDAY, JANUARY 5, 2026. THANK YOU.
