    There is no loading dock. Warehouse, where item is stored, is ground level. If you have a trailer or truck with a ramp, it can be wheeled up. Per auction notes, "Customer/winning bidder is 100% responsible for removal and loading of item." Thank you. 07/23/2026 08:11:40 AM

Items required for inspection of items on Marine Corps Air Station: Background form SECNAV 5512 - Department of Navy Local Population ID Card/Base Access to be competed and returned along with REAL ID, SOCIAL SECURITY CARD. Form will be e-mailed to requestor. If No Real ID, then DRIVER'S LICENSE and BIRTH CERTIFICATE, AND, IF AVAILABLE, PASSPORT. Current vehicle registration, and current vehicle insurance card (must show expiration date of policy). Background check will be run and can take up to five business days.

If you are active duty, have military base access, then no SECNAV Form 5512 is needed.

Items required for inspection of items on Marine Corps Recruiting Depot (Parris Island): Name, birthdate, driver's license and issuing state of DL, for driver to be provided for background check. Current vehicle registration, and current vehicle insurance card (must show expiration date of policy). Background check, for MCRD, can take two - three business days.

MCCS-SC does not process payments through GovDeals.com website. All items must be paid in full no later than five business days from the time and date of the Buyer's Certificate. Buyer must present Buyer's Certificate when making payment in person.

We schedule our team based on pick-up appointments. Obtaining a pass, for the base, can take up to 45 minutes; please plan accordingly. BACKGROUND CHECK (on driver and possibly passenger) IS DONE PRIOR TO ENTRY TO THE BASE. Please note, no firearms are permitted on base. Access to MCRD may require a vehicle inspection.

Real ID is required for base access.

All persons requesting access to the Marine Corps bases - Air Station and Laurel Bay, must provide an acceptable source identity document. If you do not a have a Real ID, following items are substitutes - driver's license, original or certified true copy of a birth certificate bearing a raised seal. a social security card, passport.

Once auction ends, SECNAV form 5512 will be e-mailed to winning bidder for completion. Background check can take five to seven business days. No firearms are permitted on base.
