Just to clarify, the lien is that amount of the highest bid, correct? So, to take possession, will the highest bidder also need to pay back taxes owed by the homeowner, plus any accrued interest? If so, can you say how much the back taxes are owed by the homeowner? What type of deed will the high bidder expect to receive when taking possession?
