Items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. It is in the interested parties’ best interest to inspect the vehicle thoroughly. This Vehicle is being sold "As is, Where is". The Township makes no warranty or guarantee as to the physical/mechanical condition or drive-ability of the vehicle. This vehicle is sold according to NJ MVC rules and regulations; the Township is not responsible for any out of state requirements.

All persons wishing to inspect the equipment shall stop at the Township Municipal Building Administration Department, 1077 US Highway 202 North, Branchburg, NJ 08876.

Pickup Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:00 am – 3:00 pm, BY APPOINTMENT ONLY to be made 24 hours in advance. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS.

All items must be removed within TEN (10) CALENDAR days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate (close of auction). If vehicle is not picked up within this time the sale will automatically be cancelled on the 11th calendar day, payment will be refunded and your GovDeals account locked. If contact is made by the buyer and item cannot be picked up within the time frame allowed a daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

BUYER’S IDENTIFICATION AND PROOF OF PAYMENT TO GOVDEALS IS REQUIRED TO PICKUP ITEM(S) PURCHASED.

The Buyer shall make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property.
