Winning buyer understands that the asset needs a complete removal and In order to bid must first come and inspect the asset to understand the scope of work. In order to bid on live auction- all interested parties must first contact agency (Nicole Kamper) to view and inspect bleachers- once inspection is completed, you will give your information in order to be approved to bid on live auction. ONLY PARTIES WHO HAVE INSPECTED FIRST WILL BE GRANTED BIDDING ACCESS!!!

Selling one (1) complete bank of Sheridan telescopic bleachers removed from Joliet Junior College.
The college originally purchased three (3) identical banks; this auction is for one (1) bank only.

Condition
Used equipment, minimal use. Equipment is being sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. Buyers are required to inspect the equipment prior to bidding by scheduling a pre-view appointment.
Note: Electrical power to the bleacher system will be disconnected for removal. Buyer is responsible for uninstalling them from the wall.
Removal
Buyer is solely responsible for all removal, loading, transportation, installation, and associated costs. Proper equipment and qualified personnel will be required due to the size and weight of the bleacher system.
Required Documentation
Prior to removal, the successful bidder must provide:
Certificate of Insurance (COI) with Joliet Junior College being named as the Certificate Holder
Signed Hold Harmless Agreement
Failure to provide the required documentation may delay or prevent removal.

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available.
Property can be removed by appointment only Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am-3pm (we are closed on Fridays during the summer). Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Please keep in mind that the college reserves the right to turn bidders away who do not have the proper attire, equipment, and transportation to remove and transport items. Individuals providing labor to remove items from our campus must be 18 or older. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' Joliet Junior College, IL makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
