All items will require payment prior to pick up – no payments can be made at the California locations. A copy of the paid invoice will be needed for pickup /loading. No other forms of documentation will be accepted. No bill of lading will be initiated for the auction lots. All carriers / drivers must bring own bill of lading (if needed). Boeing will load this lot item as shown in lot images, no additional disassembly, palletizing, banding, etc. will be provided. All auction items must be picked up in one loading - no multiple pickups. Loading support will be available on weekdays. No one under 18 will be allowed access to the site location. No pets or weapons are allowed on Boeing property. All persons picking up the auctions lots must be U.S. citizens with identification / proof of citizenship. The Seller makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
