ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD IN AS IS CONDITION.

*** This item is located at a remote facility in Barnwell, SC. All inspection and pickup
appointments must be made in advance. Pickups can be made Monday through Thursdays only.***

Payment in full is due within 5 business days from date he auction ends. THIS RULE WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED. IF A BIDDER HAS NOT PAID BY DAY 6 AFTER THE END OF THE AUCTION, THEY WILL BE RECOMMENDED TO GOVDEALS TO BE BLOCKED FROM FUTURE AUCTIONS. Acceptable forms of payment are: US Currency, Certified Cashiers Check, Money Order, or a Company Check (with Bank Letter guaranteeing funds- mandatory). Please call for information regarding our policy on taking credit cards (Visa or Mastercard). Checks and Money Orders should be made payable to BMG Inc. If we provide shipping for you, you should include that fee in the amount as well.

**Removal: All items must be removed within 10 business days from date the auction ends. ALL BIDDERS MUST SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT TO PICK UP THEIR ITEMS. IF THE BIDDER DOES NOT PICK UP THEIR ITEMS BY DAY 11 AFTER THE END OF AUCTION THEY WILL INCUR A $10.00 PER LOT, PER DAY FEE. IF THE BIDDER DOES NOT PICK UP AN AUCTION BY DAY 30 AFTER THE END OF THE AUCTION THEN THE BIDDER WILL BE RECOMMENDED TO GOVDEALS TO BE BLOCKED FROM BIDDING ON ANY FUTURE AUCTIONS. NO EXCEPTION. The buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the the property. We do offer free forklift assistance BUT NO SHIPPING QUOTES ARE AVAILABLE ON LOTS OF MDF. Property may ONLY be removed between the hours of 9:00am and 4:30pm, Monday through Thursday Only excluding legal holidays.
