2008 Komatsu Excavator PC27MR; specs are as follows.
Yanmar Diesel Engine with 3800 hours will start and operate as it should. Serviced every 12 months and those records are available.
Transmission is operable as it should be.
Drivetrain operates and tracks as it should, although the tracks are worn.
The body has damage to the body panels as scratches, dings, and/or dents. There is some surface rust, as a result of sitting and not being used. Was removed from service in 2024.
The gauge panel no longer works.
There is a grey vinyl seat that is in okay condition. The armrests are worn.
As is, the fair market value is $9,000-$13,000.
There is a new battery.
This excavator has been greased and is ready to operate for you.

ONCE THE PROPERTY HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLER’S LOCATION, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Property will be released only after payment has been received and confirmed in accordance with the auction terms.
The Seller will not ship the property unless shipping is expressly offered in the auction description. Unless otherwise stated, the buyer is responsible for picking up and transporting the property.
The buyer must contact the Seller by email or telephone to schedule a pickup appointment. The Seller’s normal pickup hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Central Time. Pickup outside these hours requires the Seller’s prior written approval.
The buyer must remove all property included in the auction lot within 10 business days after issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. The buyer is responsible for all costs and arrangements associated with packing, loading, transporting, and removing the property, including providing any necessary labor, equipment, and materials.
The Seller reserves the right to charge a storage fee of $50.00 per calendar day for any auction lot not removed by the applicable deadline. Any storage fees must be paid in full before the property will be released.

DESCRIPTION WARRANTY: Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for an incorrect description must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of Seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property. ***Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final!
