It has a highly polished 1" thick griddle surface and the thermostat adjusts from 150°F to 450°F. It features heavy‐duty all‐welded body construction and has a tapered stainless steel splash guard and grease trough for easy cleaning. It stands on heavy‐duty 4" adjustable legs.
