I've talked mostly with people on the other side of the highway, but the well depth seems to vary quite widely. This whole area, though, has water delivery and water haul available so living without a well or while making plans for a well is very easy. There are a couple of well drillers that you could check with, one is A-1 Arthur's and their numbers are 928-753-2048 or 928-757-9355.
