At the seller’s discretion, inspection may be permitted. Inspection is by appointment only and requires 48 hours notice. Appointments are available Monday through Friday only.

The aircraft is subject to physical inspection only, pre-buy inspections involving disassembly, removal of parts or alteration of the aircraft will not be allowed, inspection times are limited to two hours. The aircraft is sold in working condition and is sold as-is with no guarantee of mechanical or physical operation.

Flight log and maintenance logs are available for inspection and will be provided to the winning bidder upon removal of the aircraft.

The next scheduled Airframe Inspection is due 8/25/2026. The next scheduled Airframe Inspection by the buyer is not permitted on the premises following the sale of the aircraft.

For pick up appointment please contact NYS Police Aviation Staff at 518-242-4500. The aircraft must be removed from its current location within 15 business days of the close of the sale and following the successful receipt of full payment. PILOT CERTIFICATE REQUIRED IF FLYING THE AIRCRAFT FROM THE PROPERTY. VISITORS WILL BE ESCORTED ON SITE. PROOF OF INSURANCE REQUIRED IF LOADING THE AIRCRAFT ONTO A TRAILER. Only a pilot certified to fly a Bell 430 will be permitted to fly the aircraft from its current location, therefore the buyer or the buyer’s agent must provide the seller NYS Police Aviation with proper credentials. The NYS decals will be scuffed and painted with primer upon final sale of the aircraft. The current registration number will be covered, the buyer will be required to obtain a new registration number upon the sale of the aircraft, the registration number obtained by the buyer will need to be affixed to the aircraft prior to flying from the current location. The winning bidder cannot retain the current registration number of N430NY. They are responsible for obtaining new or temporary FAA Registration, and all required FAA documentation necessary for transfer of ownership and continued flight. Winning bidder must supply own registration number to affix to the aircraft.

It is the responsibility of the winning bidder to provide all necessary equipment, tools, and labor needed for removal. No loading assistance or equipment will be available onsite. Onsite repairs and/or removal of parts will not be allowed under any circumstances. Please contact onsite representative for further specifications.

Any claim or dispute arising from the description of the subject property must be made prior to removal of the property. Once the winning bidder’s FAA registration is attached to the aircraft or other ground transportation for removal of the aircraft, the sale will be considered final after payment has been made.

NOTICE:

If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this seller's terms and conditions, your account with Liquidity Services WILL BE LOCKED and the bidder’s deposit will not be refunded.

**It is expected that the Buyer shall responsibly use this personal property, including its disposition, in conformance with applicable law, rules, and environmentally preferred practices.**

The State of New York reserves the right to withdraw any item(s) before the close of sale.

Description Warranty:

Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.

Guaranty Waiver:

All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” Seller makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
