2 Ninebot Kick Scooter powered by Segway.
Both scooters had been stored in the original packaging and have never been used.
We removed the scooters from the packaging, read the user manual and attempted to charge both units. The charger showed a green light, but neither scooter seemed to have any battery power. We could not get the scooter to turn on or do anything that showed they were getting power. We charged both scooters for over 24 hours, and nothing changed.

If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid.
