Up for Auction is this large 50' wide x 96' long x 25' tall canvas structure. Steel 1/2 moon framing. This structure sits on several 3' concrete blocks that are not included in this auction. The canvas will need to be replaced, it was damaged in a high wind storm a few months ago. Cover Concepts can provide you will a cost for new canvas at Brent@cover1000.com. This building is open in front and back. The auction winner will need to provide all equipment and labor to remove this structure from our site.
The auction winner is responsible for the entire tear down and removal of this building. Concrete floor will remain onsite. Again, you will need to provide your own equipment and man power for removal. Auction winner has 30 days to remove building off site once auction has ended.
This building is located at the Chimney Hollow site in Berthoud/Loveland. This is a secure site, you will be escorted the entire time you are on site. Easy access to site. Northern Water may require you to sign safety documents while on site.

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate. All freight and shipping costs are the responsibility of the high bidder. All shipping documents must show the buyer as both Shipper and Consigner before the seller will release any items to the freight company at pickup. The Buyer is responsible for all costs and risks associated with removal. GovDeals and the Seller neither endorses nor accepts responsibility or liability for lost shipments, lost profits, damage to the property or any other claims or damages arising from Buyer’s use of the third-party freight carrier/ shipper.
