We offer both packing and shipping for items at the buyer's expense. Shipping for smaller items are done through a variety of carriers such as the US Postal Service, UPS, etc and LTL truck freight for larger items. All items that are small enough to ship by regular carriers have a $10 fee to cover packing materials and shipping prep labor. This fee is per item shipped, whether they are combined or not.
Shipping insurance is available (and recommended) at the buyer's expense. YOU MUST CONTACT US PRIOR TO PAYING FOR YOUR ITEM VIA EMAIL @ PikeCountyCommunications@Yahoo.com to request that insurance be added to your shipping fees. If you do not contact us via Email prior to paying for your item, we WILL NOT be responsible for shipping loss or shipping damage if your item is shipped without insurance.
Once the package has been turned over to shipping carrier, we are not liable for any damage or loss. Buyer will be responsible for handling any damage claims with the carrier/shipper. We will pack items, seal the box, and apply label to outside of the box. The buyer will not hold the seller liable for any damage incurred during shipping.
Due to an issue with a previous bidder, WE DO NOT ACCEPT SHIPPING LABELS (For smaller items) OR CUSTOMER ARRANGED FREIGHT (On larger items) FROM WINNING BIDDERS.

We strive to get items out within 1-2 business days after you make payment, but due to the high volume of items that we ship, it can sometimes take up to 5-7 business days for your item to be shipped.
If an item requires in person removal, it is by appointment only. Appointments MUST BE SCHEDULED AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. NO EXCEPTIONS. Do not just show up to pick up any item without an appointment, you will be turned away. All items that have to be picked up must be picked-up within 10 business days from auction's end, unless otherwise stated in the asset description or previous arrangements have been made IN WRITING. We can assist with loading larger items once a damage waiver is signed. We reserve the right to refuse loading assistance if necessary. (Example - incorrect vehicle/trailer, etc)
