ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: ENGINE FAIL- Truck should be towed. -ENGINE FAIL- runs rough, clean title. won't make it to your destination. Needs to be jumped, will run when jump started. Unsure if all cabinets open or have keys. Wear and tear throughout. Bald tires, scratches, dings, rust throughout. Wear and tear inside and out. Dirty, inside is worn, locks may not work on all cabinets.

Radio console/dash/center console maybe missing parts or damaged. Headliner may have holes or rips where radio equipment was attached. *Vehicle was able to be started with a jump at time of auction but may not start when picked up.
Buyer is responsible for removing vehicle, including checking tires, battery, fluids, lights, structural, etc. We cannot guarantee the running/safety of vehicles and recommend all vehicles be towed to a liable mechanic prior to driving.

The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting.
Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).
Winning bidder must print, sign and submit the Bill of Sale where it states “Buyer/Agent Signature,” then scan the signed Bill of Sale to our office along with a copy of the account holder’s driver’s license or State ID to the address on your bill of sale.
Customer will contact name and phone number on buyer’s certificate to make an appointment to collect all items.
Please note no help is provided by the Seller to assist with loading. Customer or 3rd party will bring any equipment/tools needed to take possession of the vehicle/equipment.
If you plan to have a third party complete removal of this item/lot, you must complete and sign the Authorization of Release, document found on this link. The signed copy along with a singed bill of sale must be sent to the email listed on your Buyer's Certificate prior to any removal arrangements being made.
Removal is by appointment only. Walk-ins will not be seen.
