air ride rear suspension? it's squatting pretty low in the back. Do the rear box compartments lock via a key? any issues driving to virginia if I'm the high bdder? does it need anythng fixed to be put back into municipal service? thx.. 05/18/2026 14:05:52 PM
It does have air ride rear suspension. The suspension dumps when the rear doors are open, similar to a liquid spring system but it is the air ride version. Drives fine on the road and has been used for township responses. There is a set of keys with the truck that lock the rear cabinets, unknown if all locks are functional. Windshield has a crack, possible axle seal leak, tires are in good condition. Vehicle operated within a 36 square mile township with no issues. Pump is functional, however most likely requires some maintenance. Has been maintained for municipal service while the unit was in frontline status. This vehicle was replaced by a different vehicle and it has been used as a run around vehicle since then. Light bar was removed, however wiring left in place if buyer would like to add one back on. 05/21/2026 10:22:34 AM
