Tuff Vac 4000 has a 23 H.P. Kawasaki FH680D gasoline engine. Battery is dead and any other issues have not been diagnosed. Vacuum hasn't been used in 9 years. To schedule an inspection, please call 860-486-3094. The Vacuum is located at 6 Ahern Lane, Mansfield Depot, Mansfield CT, 06268. Inspection is recommended. Vacuum sold as is.
