Vehicle does run and drive. Has not been actively used for 6 months.
Known issues are:
Decreased engine power: “exhaust module” fault displayed on dash. Vehicle was taken to International for repair when a series of events caused the repairs not to be performed. 1st, the dealer said they recommended an engine harness that was backordered. 2nd part was ordered. 3rd Dealership had a change of ownership while the truck was waiting on repair. 4th Repair parts order was cancelled by International and repair slipped through the cracks by the new dealer. 5th New replacement truck arrived for the PUD. At this point it was decided to cancel the repair and sell the vehicle as is.
Vehicle was driven from the dealer in Eugene approximately 150 miles, and aside form low power it performed. Truck will hit road speed on flat ground but steep inclines will decrease speed to about 30mph.
Other minor dents, scratches and damage on all body panels. Aerial device passed it’s annual dielectric test and inspection last spring.
*mileage and hours are not selectable through the display. It is stuck on trip mileage. The dealer has pulled the mileage and hours for reference.
Known defects have been stated and are the buyers responsibility. Any and all other defects that are unknown are also the responsibility of the buyer. Vehicle has been described to the best of my ability. Vehicle is sold as is with no warranty. Buyer must arrange for pickup Monday-Thursday 7A.M.-5P.M.

Payment
Wire Transfer is the only payment option for this item. The Wire Transfer Transaction Summary page will provide payment and account information. The Wire Transfer must be completed within 5 days unless otherwise specified below. PAYMENT MUST BE MADE ONLINE -- To make online payment, log into your Liquidity Services account and select 'My Bids'. Please follow the instructions there. Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the Buyer's Certificate. Payment must be made electronically via the payment methods listed below. TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer's Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to this seller within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Removal
Property located at the Newport warehouse can be retrieved Monday - Thursday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. - excluding holidays, with 24 hours prior notice. There are times when loading of “Sold on Site” property is not offered; please be sure to read the auction listing carefully. Items will not be allowed to be removed from any location until they have been paid for, no exceptions. Unless otherwise specified in the auction listing, Central Lincoln Peoples Utility District staff will assist in loading a customer’s property, within reasonable limits. No Central Lincoln employee can assist in loading if doing so would present a danger to themselves or others. This includes loading onto or into an inappropriate vehicle for the item(s) to be transported. Central Lincoln Peoples Utility District employees can only load items; it is the bidder’s responsibility to secure the item(s) to their vehicle in a safe and secure manner. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. If someone other than the winning bidder is to pick an item up for the winning bidder, the winning bidder needs to contact Bryan McKinney at 541-574-3622 and make them aware of this. Otherwise, an item will not be released to a third party. All items must be removed within ten (10)business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

Central Lincoln Peoples Utility District, OR makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final. Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
