**SOLD AS-IS** 1996 Ford F-350 CHASSIS AND CAB, 7.5L V8 OHV 16V WITH AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION. THIS VEHICLE DOES NOT RUN DUE TO AN INOPERABLE FUEL PUMP. THE ENGINE WAS STARTED USING AN EXTERNAL FUEL PUMP BUT THE PUMP WAS NOT STRONG ENOUGH TO KEEP THE VEHICLE RUNNING PAST A FEW MINUTES. TRANSMISSION STATUS UNKNOWN. VEHICLE IS NOT EQUIPPED WITH A/C AND HEAT OPERATION IS UNKNOWN. STEERING COMPONENTS ARE TIGHT WITH NO LOOSE PARTS NOTED. POWER STEERING FLUID APPEARS TO BE SEEPING FROM LINES. THE BODY HAS A FEW SCRATCHES AND DENTS ON THE PASSENGER SIDE BUT HAS VERY MINIMAL RUST AND IN GOOD CONDITION. THE UNDERBODY HAS MINIMAL RUST AS WELL. THE BRAKE LINES ARE NEWER AND IN GOOD CONDITION. THE TRANSCOOLER LINES ARE RUSTED AND ROTTED. THE VEHICLE FRAME IS SOLID BUT DOES HAVE SOME SURFACE RUST. THE BRAKES ARE RUSTED FROM SITTING, PADS ARE AT 9MM FRONT AND 4MM REAR. THE TIRES HAVE CRACKS IN THE SIDE WALLS AND ARE DRY ROTTED. LIGHTS AND GLASS ARE ALL IN GOOD CONDITION AND OPERABLE. INTERIOR IS IN GOOD CONDITION. VEHICLE COMES EQUIPPED WITH DUMP BED WITH ELECTRIC HYDRAULIC PUMP. THE HYDRUALIC PUMP IS IN WORKING CONDITION. AM/FM RADIO, ABS, PLOW, AND SALT SPREADER. 4 WHEEL DRIVE OPERATION UNKNOWN BUT MANUAL LOCKING HUBS ARE WORKING. OPERATION OF PLOW AND SALT SPREADER UNKNOWN. BATTERY NEEDS REPLACED. VEHICLE WILL NEED TOWED.

PAYMENT

SALES TAX

When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.

Removal

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within five (5) business days from the time and date of payment. After this period, the buyer loses the right to the item, the buyer will be blocked from future purchases and the item will be reposted. PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU CANNOT PICKUP IN FIVE BUSINESS DAYS!

Campus services are closed after 3pm ET on weekdays. Plus all weekends and major holidays. Pickup must be arranged during normal operating hours.

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
