We did plug this in to be sure that it works, other than that condition is unknown. Unit is sold as is with no warranty. MDC staff will not assist in loading items, bring help to load and unload items as they are heavy. Buyer is responsible for removing all items from MDC property.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will be responsible for all decisions related to how the property will be removed and will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property.
