The bus is 37 feet long 8 feet wide 13.4 feet tall and there is an adjustment valve to lower the height on the bus by releasing air from the suspension.
ACTUAL CONDITON:
Although the bus started and ran at the time we stored it (see video in our yard) we consider the bus a Non-Runner because of Cummins engine opinion that the engine will need to be rebuilt or replaced.
We make NO representation about the engine other than it needs a rebuild or replacement.
Please note the bus has installed in a $20,000 multi language tour guide system that works off GPS with a controller at each passenger seat. At the time of repossession The bus had a current registration from New York State and a current DOT inspection from NY Department of transportation.
Vehicle was delivered NEW to NYS tour operator in June of 2024, at that time the vehicle had a 3 year unlimted mileage Cummins warranty on the engine. In June of 2025, the operator ran over a piece of steel that pierced the engine's sheet metal oil reservoir, and the engine oil leaked out. The driver got a low oil pressure warning and instead of stopping the bus, drove it to the Cummins Service Center, Bronx, NY, for repair. Cummins determined that the driver should have towed the vehicle to them. Cummins voided the engine warranty for driving the bus with a low oil pressure warning. The operator repaired the oil reservoir and refilled the oil. The engine was started (video attached); but the computer showed there was damage to cylinder #6.
The bus was sold new for $495,000, and it had a note on it from a lender. The lender wanted a new engine, and the operator's plan was to repair the existing engine. The lender decided to repossess the bus and did so in October 2025. NYS state issued a new clear title on the bus.
The bus is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, AND WILL NEED TO BE TOWED.
Furthermore, we make no warranty on the repairability of that particular engine; it should be assumed that the bus needs a new or used replacement engine.

When last started bus would start and run and move under its own power, but it is not recommended by Cummings. The customer had found an engine for the bus and had agreed to pay for the engine and the install $22,500. Lender refused to allow it and wanted a new engine which Cummings was willing to install and give a new warranty on. The bus sit down and sitting six months and we assume the batteries are dead and it would need to jump.. If you know this industry, you know that these buses run more than 1,000,000 miles and swapping out Engines or rebuilding them over the life of a bus is quite normal as it is in yachting. 03/28/2026 15:26:38 PM

13.4 feet all the specifications are on the attached PDF, including pictures when it was new 37 feet long 8 feet wide and 13.4 feet tall the bus is equipped with the valve to lower the height of the bus through the suspension system 03/31/2026 08:24:15 AM
