This offering features a complete ASYS XH1 inline screen printing and substrate processing line, designed for high-precision electronics and advanced manufacturing applications. The system provides fully automated material handling from magazine loading through cleaning, weighing, printing, inspection, and thermal drying. At its core, the XH1 screen printer delivers high-accuracy performance with optical alignment and multi-camera positioning, capable of handling substrates from approximately 100 mm to 250 mm with repeatability rated to ±12.5 microns (6 Sigma), making it well suited for demanding print processes.


The line includes integrated upstream and downstream automation, including a multi-magazine unloader, Teknek and Airknife cleaning station for contamination control, and precision weigh modules with inline quality verification and reject capability. Post-print inspection is performed by a Wickon AOI system utilizing high-speed line-scan imaging with brightfield and darkfield illumination to identify defects in real time. These systems work together to provide continuous production flow with multiple quality checkpoints built directly into the process.


Finishing the process, substrates are transferred into a horizontal continuous convection dryer capable of operating up to approximately 200°C with adjustable transport speeds, allowing for consistent curing across a range of materials. Originally configured as a complete, high-value production system with extensive automation and factory options, this line represents an opportunity to acquire a turnkey inline printing and inspection platform without the cost and lead time associated with new equipment procurement.
