-Pipehorn Pipe and Cable Locators. There is a total of 3, which 2 of the 3 come with the case, cords, and
transmitter box. On one of the locators, the knob is off. Did not test, unknown condition.
-Radio Detection RD8000PDL pipe and cable locator. Comes with the case, cords and TX-10 transmitter with Bluetooth. Both the locator wand and transmitter turned on when tested with new batteries but cannot guarantee that it is operating as originally intended.
-Metrotech Model 810 Locators. There is a total of 2, which both come with a case, transmitter, and conductor clips. One of the locators also comes with an "induction" clamp. Both the locator's receiver's turn on but the transmitters do not. One of the transmitters has battery corrosion and the other is not working. Cannot guarantee that it is operating as originally intended.
-HL 90 Leak Locator. Did not test, unknown condition but paperwork (see picture # ??? ) appears that it is unrepairable.
-Radio Detection RD4000 locator. Comes with a bag, conductor clamps, rod, manual and two cords. Both the transmitter and receiver turns on. Cannot guarantee that it is operating as originally intended.
-Radio Detection RD400LCTx locator. The battery terminal pack for the receiver looks to be damaged (corrosion: maybe) as the receiver does not turn on. The transmitter turns on. It comes with the manual, rod, and cords. Cannot guarantee that it is operating as originally intended.

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). We recommend doing this prior to the auction’s closure or before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool.
Eliminación
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website, and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Charleston Water System assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 2:00p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. For additional information, please contact the Asset Contact to schedule a removal. A daily storage fee of $25.00 may be charged for items not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. PLEASE GIVE A MINIMUM OF 24 HOURS NOTICE TO SCHEDULE PICK UP and cannot be scheduled on weekends.

The Buyer is not entitled to any payment for loss of profit or any other money damages – special, direct, indirect, or consequential.
DESCRIPTION WARRANTY: Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for an incorrect description must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of Seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property. ***Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final!
