PAYMENT

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). We recommend doing this prior to the auction’s closure or before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool.

Property shall be removed between the hours of 9:30am thru 2:00pm (unless other arrangements are made). Appointments for removal can be made by emailing tmahar@ocnj.us or contacting Tom at 609.399.6111. ext. 9353. WE DO NOT SHIP. All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time & date of auction close. A daily storage fee of $25.00 will be imposed after the 10 day period.
THE BUYER SHALL MAKE ALL ARRANGEMENTS & PERFORM ALL WORK NECESSARY, INCLUDING PACKING, LOADING, SECURING AND SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS OF THE PROPERTY.
