To help ensure a smooth pickup process, all pickup appointments must be scheduled and confirmed with the seller by EMAIL. Voicemails and phone calls cannot be accepted as confirmed appointments.
Pickup appointments are available Monday to Thursday from 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM at 4475 Trail Road, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
Buyers, towing companies, or third-party contractors arriving outside of the scheduled pickup dates and times may not be accommodated. Pickup appointments are strictly scheduled. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your confirmed pickup time, your appointment may need to be rescheduled to avoid operational conflicts. Please plan accordingly.
If you are arranging for a towing company, float trailer company, or other third-party contractor to collect your purchase, please ensure the pickup is scheduled by EMAIL with our staff in advance. Visitors arriving without a scheduled appointment may be refused entry.
Please note that pickup will take place at a BUSY MUNICIPAL YARD.

The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pickup / removal, including packing, loading, transportation, and exporting where applicable.
Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked up / removed within 10 (ten) business days of auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. Items not removed within this timeframe may be considered abandoned.
At the time of pickup / removal, you will be required to present a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, along with any other required documentation (for example, a copy of a driver's license or an Authorization of Release if someone is collecting on your behalf). Please confirm required documentation when scheduling your appointment.
