If these phones are not internally claimed by a New York City Agency they will be eligible for Local Law 81 donation to an eligible organization such as a school, a library , Senior Center, or other not for profit .

The following Surplus Equipment is available for donation to eligible organizations in accordance with Local Law 81 of 2023. All items are in good condition. This donation opportunity supports the beneficial use of city-owned equipment by educational and nonprofit institutions serving New York City communities.
As this is a notification according to Local Law 81, no action is required by Salvage Officers.

The plan must demonstrate intended beneficial use in alignment with public service goals.

Important Notes • Donations are at no cost. Recipients are responsible for pickup, handling and transportation.
