2012 International TerraStar, 6.4L V8 DIESEL.
Horton medium duty ambulance on an International TerraStar chassis.
This vehicle was a Horton demo unit and then has been in service in a rural 911 EMS department since being purchased.
The vehicle has regular wear for its age.
The vehicle has been well maintained and has had regular preventive maintenance done inline with the manufacturer's recommendations.
The vehicle does have an intermittent EGR warning alarm that can be reset by turning the truck off and back on again.
The EGR sensor has not been replaced.

It does slightly. When the EGR warning activates, the truck goes into an rpm delay mode where the acceleration is slower to respond. You can get back to normal road speed but it takes a bit longer. 06/18/2026 09:27:54 AM

Yes the gurney comes with the truck. It is a 2007 Power Pro XT. The cot is no longer certified by Stryker so it would need to be recertified. It also does not work with the Stryker Power Load system. It is a manual load only cot. It does not come with batteries or a charger. 06/27/2026 09:56:22 AM
