You have 2 “remediation trailers” up for bid, lot 19236-1719 and lot 19236-1720. The exterior photo of each depict the item accurately, however, the interior photos of each are exactly the same photos meaning one of the lots has no interior photos and no one can tell which lot the interior photos represent. Since the interior equipment is of more value than the trailers themselves, it is important that the interior photos accurately depict each lot. Can you explain? 04/27/2026 10:52:24 AM

SALES TAX

If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). We recommend doing this prior to the auction’s closure or before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool.
Eliminación
Property to be shipped, must be shipped by UPS or FedEx. USPS will not be accepted. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and scheduling pickup. Buyer will need to send shipping label via email to State Surplus Property. Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Pick up hours are 8:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday thru Tuesday and Thursday thru Friday (closed Wednesday). All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
If you plan to have a third-party complete removal of this lot/item, you must provide a signed copy of the Bill of Sale as well as complete the Authorization of Release document found on this link.

Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
