TITLE RESTRICTION = TEXAS NONREPAIRABLE VEHICLE TITLE
This vehicle is a 2006 Freightliner M2-112. This vehicle is NOT operable.
ENGINE - Mercedes Benz CNG 12.8 L diesel, 3 Axles. Engine is locked up. Needed repairs are unknown. Was running when parked years ago. Maintained every 500 hours.
TRANSMISSION - Allison automatic. Condition unknown.
EXTERIOR - White with dents, and scratches. Decals have been removed, impressions remain. Windows do not have cracked glass. Tire condition is low.
INTERIOR - Gray vinyl. Seats have wear and tears. Dash has no known damage. Has stock AM/FM radio and cruise control. AC condition is unknown.
ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT - G&H Manufacturing Model 1500 Roll Off Hoist, serial #060057248. Needs repair.
EQUIPMENT WILL NOT BE RELEASED TO BUYER OR THIRD-PARTY TRANSPORTER UNTIL ALL ITEMS IN THE REMOVAL INSTRUCTIONS BELOW HAVE BEEN SATISFIED INCLUDING AN APPOINTMENT MADE AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF REMOVAL.

Inspección
Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items of interest. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding.
Inspection is by appointment only. Staff will not be available to discuss any items or their conditions. Appointments may be scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

PAYMENT
If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:
1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). Eliminación
Purchased items may be removed by appointment only. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the purchased items. NO ASSISTANCE WILL BE PROVIDED. A daily storage fee of $25.00 may be charged for any items not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
After the full payment has processed online, the Buyer (the successful highest/winning bidder) must first print out and sign the Bill of Sale where it states “Buyer/Agent Signature." The Buyer will then need to scan and e-mail the signed Bill of Sale along with a copy of the Buyer's driver’s license or other valid State ID to auction@templetx.gov.
The Buyer must contact the City of Temple name and phone number on Buyer’s Certificate to make an appointment to collect all purchased items.
The Buyer (or Buyer's authorized third party) will bring any equipment/tools needed to take possession of the purchased items. Employees cannot assist with the removal of the purchased items (such as starting or loading a vehicle or other equipment). If the Buyer plans to have a third party pick up the purchased items, the Buyer must complete and sign the Authorization of Release document found on this link. The signed Authorization of Release must be e-mailed to auction@templetx.gov prior to making any removal arrangements.
