The auction includes 1 (one) MacBook Pro. Model #A1707, Serial #C02WJ05LHTD6, sold as-is. No cords, mice, or other accessories are included unless explicitly stated. No software is included.
This item was working at the time of retirement, but the current working status is unknown. While we list any known issues, Aims makes no warranties, guarantees, or representations of any kind as to the current or future working status of this item. Regular maintenance was performed, but the manufacturer's warranty has expired. No support, technical or otherwise, is offered.
Winning Bidder must come to our campus in Greeley, Colorado, and remove and transport the item(s) with their own equipment/personnel. We are available Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30 for pickup.
Shipping Option for laptops/small items only: FedEx shipping is available at the buyer's expense. You must have a chargeable FEDEX account for packing and shipping. We will drop off the item; FedEx will handle packing, insurance (optional), and shipping charges. The buyer assumes all risk of damage during shipping. Do not send a shipping label, as we will not pack your item.

Eliminación
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

Aims Community College, CO makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
