- Scheduling: To schedule a pickup appointment as a winning bidder, call (830) 643-5850 and ask for the Auction Scheduling Team or email jbowling@comalcounty.gov . The cutoff to call and schedule is 12:00 PM on Thursday, June 25, 2026.
- Tip: Scheduling early ensures a smooth and efficient pickup process.
- Pickup Dates: Monday, June 22nd - Friday, June 26th, 2026
- Pickup Hours: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Monday–Friday; County offices closed on weekends)
Deadline: All items must be picked up by 3:30 PM on Friday, June 26th, 2026.
Please note no help is provided by the County to assist with loading. Customer or 3rd party will bring any equipment/tools needed to take possession of the equipment. Employees cannot assist in loading,

The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
