Lot of (45) forty-five boxes of middle school library books. Books are in used condition and may have stamps/stickers. See pics and attached list for details. Attached list is an estimation of contents of lot.

SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS. We have no further information on these items.

If you are interested, it is highly suggested that you inspect. Inspections are by appointment only and must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Pick up location may vary from address listed below and will be provided after close of auction, once payment has been received and pick up appointment has been scheduled.

If you are interested, it is suggested that you call to schedule an inspection. No inspections will be available after the auction has closed. You must load all equipment without assistance from the District. You are responsible for all labor and movement. No equipment or help will be provided.

If any damage is done to district property while removing items, all repairs will be at the expense of the party removing items.

PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BY END OF DAY APRIL 3, 2026.

MUST BE PICKED UP BY END OF DAY APRIL 10, 2026.

Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.

1. Payment must be made through GovDeals.

2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

3. Depending on your history with GovDeals, you may be limited to the number of auctions/transactions that you can participate in simultaneously AND/OR the dollar amount that you can pay via credit card, debit card or PayPal.

REMOVAL: Pick up location may be different from that listed here and will be provided at close of auction, once payment has been received and pick up time has been scheduled. Property must be removed by APPOINTMENT ONLY and appointment must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed according to the guidelines outlined in the sale. If buyer does not show up for appointment, the sale will be canceled. Closed for pick up on all Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays also closed on all legal and school holidays.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the time specified on auction Buyer’s Certificate.
