Removal / Pickup Instructions. All items will require payment prior to pick up no payments can be made at the Huntington Beach location. A copy of the paid receipt will be needed for pickup/loading. No other forms of documentation will be accepted. No bill of lading will be initiated for the auction lot pickup. All carriers/drivers must bring their own Bill of Lading. Contact Liz Romero at (562) 472-5769 or via email: elizabeth.m.romero@boeing.com for loading appointment. Loading support is available Monday through Friday between the hours of 5:30am to 1:30pm and is by appointment only. Boeing will provide loading assistance of this auction lot onto truck/trailer. Boeing will load this lot item as shown in lot images. No additional disassembly, palletizing, repositioning, protective covering, banding, etc. will be provided. All auction items must be picked up in one loading - no multiple pickups. No one under 18 will be allowed access to the Boeing site location. No Pets or Weapons are allowed on any Boeing property. Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' The Seller makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
