Sold AS IS, WHERE IS. Buyer is responsible for all loading, transport, and removal. No warranties or guarantees are provided. The buyer will have access to the garage door but will need to bring personnel and/or equipment to move out of the shop and about 50 feet to the garage door. That door is ground level with no raised dock, so we recommend a truck with a lift gate and some rolling carts for removal.
All bidders interested in making a personal inspection of this item will need to schedule an appointment through Spencer Valentine at (317) 626 8451 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. (EST).
No work will be performed in the shop. Be prepared to remove between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM (EST) on the scheduled pick-up day after payment has been fulfilled. Buyer agrees to be liable and indemnify the City of Indianapolis for any damages, loss, or injuries caused in claiming or removing the item from its location. IF YOU ARE NOT PREPARED TO REMOVE, YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY!
All items are used and are being sold AS IS – WHERE IS.

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.
Note:
1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.

REMOVAL: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. PLEASE CALL IN ADVANCE TO SCHEDULE A TIME FOR PICK-UP!
APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED; you will not be able to pick up property without an appointment.
PLEASE ALLOW 24 HOURS TO PROCESS PAPERWORK BEFORE SCHEDULING APPOINTMENT.

DESCRIPTION WARRANTY: Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of Seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property. ***Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final!
