This is a Trane, high efficiency, natural gas RTU. 460/60hz/3PH. 410A refrigerant. 350,000 BTUH, 27-1/2 ton cooling capacity. This unit was started up in January of 2019, no problems, building is being demolished. Unit will be disconnected from building, MUST BE PICKED UP BY SEPTEMBER 11.

SALES TAX

Eliminación

All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Guntersville City Board of Education assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Please call in advance of arrival to schedule all pick-ups. Property may be removed between the hours of 8:00am and 3:30pm, Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.
