The following described vehicles have been impounded by the City of Barberton Police Department or Building Department and are being sold via auction in compliance with the B.C.O. 190-2010 and O.R.C. 4513.62. In accordance, after payment and at pickup, winning bidder will be given a bill of sale and Ohio BMV affidavit 4204 for each vehicle.


This lot of vehicles is being sold as-is, where-is. Vehicle mechanical condition unknown. No vehicle keys. They come with no titles. Winning dealer/salvor bidder will be given a bill of sale and Ohio BMV affidavit 4204 for each vehicle. Vehicles are not able to be started so you are bidding at your own risk.
Contents in vehicle stay with vehicle. Bidders may view the lot of vehicles in person with the following restrictions: Viewing is by appointment only due to restricted area, there will be no exceptions - only one person may come onsite to view vehicles as they must be escorted by impound staff.
Appointments for inspection and pick up must be made with the Impound Lot staff at 330-848-6708 and be between the hours of 2:30 pm-5:00 pm Monday thru Fridays: Pickup is by appointment only due to restricted area. Vehicles must be towed off the property within 5 days of payment, no exceptions. Working on vehicles in the lot is prohibited. All items in and on each vehicle are to be removed by winning bidder and not left onsite.
