Lot Includes:
Metal Storage Locker: One metal storage locker in excellent condition. Unit is structurally sound and suitable for secure storage of tools, supplies, equipment, or personal belongings. Features a durable steel construction and locker-style compartment design.
Storage Bins: Ten (10) storage bins in good condition. Bins are suitable for organizing and storing parts, supplies, inventory, or miscellaneous materials in commercial, industrial, warehouse, or shop environments. Condition: The metal storage locker is in excellent condition with minimal signs of previous use. The storage bins are in good condition and may exhibit normal cosmetic wear including scratches, scuffs, labels, or inventory markings consistent with prior use and storage. Completeness: Please refer to photos for exact sizes, styles, colors, and overall contents included in this lot.
Unknown Functionality: Any locking mechanisms, keys, or accessories associated with the locker have not been tested and may not be included. Items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. Buyer Responsibility: The winning bidder is solely responsible for all labor, tools, and vehicle requirements necessary for packing, loading, and removing the equipment.
Removal must be scheduled in advance and completed within 10 business days of auction close.

SALES TAX

Eliminación
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

Arizona Western College, AZ makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
