If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). We recommend doing this prior to the auction’s closure or before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool.

Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for all loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.

NOTICE: If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to comply with these Seller terms and conditions, your Liquidity Services account WILL BE LOCKED.
Condition of Sale. All property is offered “AS IS, WHERE IS.” Dare County Tourism Board / Outer Banks Visitors Bureau makes no warranty, guaranty, or representation of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. All sales are final upon removal of the property.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants that the property will conform to its written description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal. If Seller determines that the property does not conform to its description, Seller will retain the property and refund the purchase price. Seller’s liability shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid. Lots must be returned in their entirety. No partial returns or refunds will be permitted.
Payment, Title, and Risk of Loss. Title transfers to Buyer upon receipt of full payment. Risk of loss, damage, or destruction transfers to Buyer upon full payment, regardless of whether the property has been removed. Seller has no obligation to store, protect, or insure property after payment is received.
Removal; Assumption of Risk; Indemnification. Buyer is solely responsible for removal, loading, disassembly, transportation, and compliance with all applicable laws and site requirements. Removal must be completed within the time specified by Seller. Seller is not responsible for providing labor, tools, or equipment.
Buyer assumes all risk of personal injury, death, or property damage arising out of or related to the removal or handling of the property. Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dare County Tourism Board / Outer Banks Visitors Bureau and it's employees from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including attorney fees, arising from or related to Buyer’s removal, possession, transportation, or use of the property. Seller shall not be liable for injury to Buyer or Buyer’s agents, or for damage to Buyer’s property or any third party property.
