Vehicle has a diesel engine, which was noted as operable, and an automatic transmission, which is also noted as operable. The vehicles runs. The trash loading mechanism is still operable, but there are hydraulic leaks in the trash loading mechanism on the right side in the hopper. Maintenance records are not available.
INTERIOR - Gray Cloth Seats. The vehicle has AC (though the condition is unknown).
INTERIOR DAMAGES - Tears in various areas and stains.
EXTERIOR - Color is white. EXTERIOR DAMAGES - The vehicle has some dents, scratches, and dings in various areas. All the decals have been removed. All radio equipment has been removed.
Note: It was noted that the vehicle starts and runs. If it does not run later, it could be due to an uncontrollable factor. Please bid at your own risk.

The item is at a secure location; and the proper arrangements must be made before one can inspect the item.

PROPERTY MUST BE REMOVED BY APPOINTMENT ONLY! All property must be removed from this asset location within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.
Buyer must make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, and transportation. This also includes any arrangements made with a third party to pick up the merchandise. Use of any third party shipper is at the Buyer’s own risk.
Mr. Clark must first approve any third party pick-ups, because there are special instructions that must be completed before release of any vehicle or asset. Merchandise may be removed from the location between the hours of 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. Mr. Clark must give authorization before pick up of any vehicle. For additional information, please email Mr. Clark at patrick.clark@alexandriava.gov. Buyer must make an appointment with Mr. Clark prior to receipt of Bill of Sale during the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. Friday pick-ups will not be allowed for any Fire Department equipment.
Buyers arriving without making an appointment may be turned away. Without an appointment, Buyers may be unable to complete this transaction.
