• Trailer Measures 14’X45’
• HVAC was working as should 5/20/26
• Trailer was in-service as a HS classroom until 5/20/2026
• Right door replaced 9/2023
• Exterior last painted 11/2021
• Roof was last top coated 11/2021
• Lights were retrofitted with LED lamps 7/2023 - all are currently working
• LED emergency lights/exits were installed 10/2023
• New carpet installed 8/2023 currently lying flat and in good condition
• Unit needs to be pressure washed
• Unit will be off the current foundation and on the tires when auction closes
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the lot won. No Assistance will be provided.
