Because of security restrictions for entering the facility, pre-inspection is NOT possible.

Under exceptional circumstance and at the seller’s discretion, inspection may be permitted by appointment only and only after the submission of personal data for screening through national law enforcement databases.

Screening of personal data MAY take up to 10 days to complete.

The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting.

Note: Shipping IS NOT available.

Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.

We can accommodate collection from our facility on Monday - Friday from 8am till 2pm.

If you are sending an agent in your place to collect the items, you must send, in advance, written authorization. Your written authorization should contain your designated agent’s full name.

You must make an appointment, in advance, to collect your items.

All drivers / personnel collecting items must be pre-approved through U.S. Mint security before permission is granted to drive on to or enter the facility. Pre-clearance before collection is essential.

Before the items can be delivered, you or your designated agent will be required to produce a valid Government Issued ID. The only ID’s that are acceptable are a valid passport, valid military ID or State issued REAL ID compliant driving license. Your items will NOT be handed over until the ID has been presented.

At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation.

You are responsible for packing and removing. All shipping, materials, and costs. You must provide sufficient labor to load all items.

We do NOT provide labor, nor assist in loading. We will move the items to the loading area. We DO NOT have a loading dock nor a forklift, so a truck with a hydraulic liftgate may be required.

Be aware that material handling equipment may NOT available for the movement of items, so you should plan on bringing any required equipment with you.

The facility address is 320 West Colfax Ave, Denver CO 80204. Vehicle inspection is required before entering the loading dock area. Vehicle inspections are on Delaware Street between Colfax and 14th Ave. You will stop behind the vehicle inspection sign on the east side of the street and the Mint police will verify your government ID and inspect your vehicle.

When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).

NOTICE: If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this seller's terms and conditions, your account with Liquidity Services WILL BE LOCKED.

Guaranty Waiver: All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” The United States Mint makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale.

Known deficiencies, if any, may be indicated in the property descriptions. However, absence of any indicated deficiencies does not mean that none exists. Other deficiencies and repairs may be required.
