This lot consists of one (1) mortise door lockset manufactured by ASSA ABLOY. The item has been marked as being in new condition due to reportedly never being installed or used.
The lockset is identified as part of the ASSA ABLOY 8800 Series mortise lockset product line. Based on visual inspection, the assembly appears substantially complete; however, the lock core itself is not included with this sale. The core housing remains present, but buyers should expect to source and install a compatible lock core before the unit can be placed into service.
Included with the lockset are installation instructions and door preparation templates intended to assist with installation. All photographed components are included in the sale.

Property may be viewed from 8:30am to 4:00pm Monday–Friday Alaska Time.
Pago
Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the Buyer's Certificate. Payment must be made electronically via the payment methods listed below.
TAX EXEMPTION: Where taxes are applicable (see the Buyer's Certificate), Tax Exempt documents must be provided to this seller within 24 hours of the auctions close and before payment is made. Please see the contact below for any questions.

When appropriate, limited packing and shipping assistance may be available. Please note that we are located in Alaska, and buyers are responsible for researching and covering all shipping, packaging, and label costs associated with transporting items from our location to theirs.
Successful bidders are responsible for all arrangements for the removal of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading, or shipping, unless otherwise specified through written communication with the Seller. Property may be removed from 9:00 to 4:00 Monday–Friday Alaska Time, or by appointment. There is no removal availability on UA recognized holidays and closures
All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
