Inspección
Inspection: Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding and to test drive vehicles. Inspections and test drives must be performed during normal business hours which are 7 am to 2 pm M-F, state and federal holidays excluded. Pago
The Buyer’s Certificate will contain information to schedule payment & removal
Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: Certified Checks. Payment inquiries shall be directed to Christy Sullivan @ 251-694-3144. Checks shall be made payable to: Mobile Area Water and Sewer System. PAYMENT LOCATION is 4725 Moffett Rd Mobile, AL 36618 (Business Center).
All items are (SOLD AS IS, NO WARRANTY). No Return.
Eliminación
Removal: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. MAWSS employees are not allowed to assist in loading. Be prepared to load unassisted. Pick-up hours are between 8 am and 12 pm, M-F (except holidays). No Saturday pick-up is available. Please call Brett McKinley prior to arrival at (251) 487-0185. MAWSS descriptions of vehicles are as accurate as reasonably possible when vehicles are placed on GovDeals for sale. However, a vehicles might sit for some time before being sold and could be difficult to start as a result. Bidder assumes the risk of this and is responsible for removing the vehicle following issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate.

IT IS BIDDER’S RESPONSIBILTY TO INSPECT VEHICLE OR OTHER ITEM AT MAWSS PRIOR TO BIDDING.
MAWSS will top off fluids in vehicle engines but does not guarantee changing fluids prior to sale
