Ford diesel engine is operable.
Maintained every 4,000 miles and removed from service August 24th, 2026.
Ford automatic transmission is operable.
2015 AEV modular patient compartment is original to the chassis. Module is 172" long with an interior height of 72".
Exterior is white and orange with minor dents and dings. Small dent in module side entry door.
Agency decals have been removed but orange vinyl stripes remain.
No cracked glass.
Seats are grey cloth and vinyl. Driver's seat and module Captain's seat have small tears.
Cruise control, tilt steering, and remote mirrors.
Dual airbags.
AC blows cold air.
Power steering, windows, and door locks.
Equipped with operable Warn Transfer II winch mount with brush guard, Warn Zeon 12-S 12,000 lb winch, and Zico oxygen lift.

1.What is the build date (month & year) listed on the Star of Life certification sticker for the box? 2.Any body damage, corrosion/paint bubbling on the box? 3.Do all the switch control panels function (front & rear) as they should? 4.Any check engine lights on and what is the issue code if light is on? 5.Are all emission/DEF components still intact and functioning as they should? 6.Does the unit have the original engine and transmission? 7.Any fluid leaks from engine, transmission or rear differential? 8.Does the 4X4 operate as it should? Thank you for your question. 1. Listed on the Star of Life certification, the date is listed as 4/14/2014. 2. The truck has one small dent in the curb-side entry door of the module. It also has some bubbling on the rear and corners. 3. One switch on the front control panel, which controls the howler, does not work, as the howler does not function anymore. All other front and rear switches work as expected. 4. No check engine lights. 5. All emsissions/DEF components are intact and function as they should. 6. The original engine and transmission are in the unit. 7. No fluid leaks are present. 8. 4x4 operates as it should with no issues. 9.
