Description

Up for sale is a heavy-duty commercial-grade wire cutting set, ideal for commercial kitchens, soap makers, or chocolate/confectionery production. This heavy stainless steel set is designed for high-volume, precise slicing.

What’s Included:

  • 2x Stainless Steel Wire Cutting Frames: Heavy-duty metal construction equipped with tensioned cutting wires and integrated handles for manual pressing or machine mounting. One frame features a top-tensioning plate, while the other features individual bolt-tensioned wire pins.
  • 1x Grooved Cutting Base / Grid: A heavy-duty white poly/plastic slotted alignment base that perfectly matches the wire spacing to ensure clean, full cuts.
  • 1x Metal Divider/Backplate: An aluminum sheet insert used for lining or stabilizing items being sliced.

Condition:

  • Used - Good Condition. Heavy-duty industrial build with normal signs of cosmetic wear from storage/handling. Wires are intact and under tension, though buyers may want to adjust or replace wires depending on the specific density of the product they are cutting. No major structural damage.

The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available.

Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.

At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).
