The winning bidder must disassemble and remove this Double Wide Trailer WITH NO ASSISTANCE FROM ACPS STAFF. PLEASE COME PREPARED TO DISASSEMBLE AND REMOVE WITH NO ASSISTANCE FROM ACPS STAFF.
Winning bidder is responsible for the complete removal of the trailer.
Winning bidder must completely remove double wide trailer from ACPS property by September 30, 2026.
ACPS does not ship. ACPS does not have shipping supplies to provide winning bidders.
The double wide trailer is sold "as is" with no warranties or guarantees.
Double wide trailer can be inspected by appointment only. Please telephone 757-894-8039 to schedule an appointment to inspect double wide trailer.

Suppression
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
