There will be a PUBLIC PREVIEW held on June 16th from 7am-4pm at 330 S. 3rd Street Lemoyne PA 17043.
By attending the onsite preview, all participants acknowledge and agree that:
During the preview period, on-site personnel will be available with access to keys to assist bidders in starting equipment for operational checks and general inspection purposes.
Inspection Guidelines:
- No test drives will be permitted under any circumstances.
- Bidders may start equipment, visually inspect components, and examine under-hood conditions where applicable.
- All inspections must be conducted safely and under the supervision of onsite staff.
By attending the onsite preview, all participants acknowledge and agree that:
- All inspections are conducted at the bidder’s own risk.
- The seller and hosting agency assume no liability for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the preview or inspection process.
- Bidders are responsible for exercising caution and following all safety instructions provided by onsite personnel.
- No tools, disassembly, or invasive inspection methods are permitted.
- Any operation of equipment is strictly limited to what is authorized by onsite staff.
- The seller makes no guarantees or warranties regarding the condition or operability of any item.

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:
1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.
2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). Suppression
**PICK UP ONLY** The Buyer is responsible for PICK UP AT: 330 S. 3rd Street Lemoyne PA 17043. (July 7th, 8th & 9th from 7am-4pm )
The Seller has sole discretion to determine whether any refunds will be issued, and no refunds shall be owed unless approved by the Seller.
If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) will be declared abandoned, and the buyer will receive no financial compensation.
You MUST bring an appropriate vehicle for pickup, along with the ***payment confirmation/bill of sale***. The ENTIRE lot must be picked up at one time, no partial pickups.
Removal time is from 7:00 a.m. through 4:00 p.m. sharp. (July 7th, 8th & 9th)
If shipment is being picked up by a third party, then the bill of lading must be emailed to Dana at dcoyle@kleinfelder.com prior to pick up, otherwise carrier will be turned away. To contact (814) 880-9656.
All items must be removed within 10 calendar days from the time and date of auction close.
Items not picked up by the deadline will be charged $50.00 a day until items are picked up.
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is unable to accept payment by PayPal.
Purchases will be released only upon a hard copy of the bill of Sale presented to State Surplus and verification of receipt of payment as specified.
Successful bidders are responsible for all loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them.
No assistance will be provided.
