REMOVAL:

Removal is by Appointment Only and all items must be removed within ten (10) days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Pickup hours are from 8:30 AM - 11:30 AM and 1:00 - 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday.

Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for all loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $50.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. Vehicle Titles will be issued at the time of removal. To ensure a smooth and secure pickup process, only the buyer is authorized to collect items. If you wish to send someone to retrieve the items on your behalf, please be sure to request a third-party release when scheduling your pickup appointment. It is essential that the buyer provides a signed third-party release for anyone they designate to collect the items. This signed release must be submitted prior to the scheduled pickup time; otherwise, the items will not be released. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Any Shipping/Transportation arrangements are ultimately the winning bidder’s responsibility and not the Sellers responsibility. MSU DOES NOT provide any aspect of packing, loading or shipping services. The buyer is responsible to make all arrangements for packing, loading and shipping themselves. If the buyer chooses to use a shipping and transportation service, all conditions above apply.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” (Seller) makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid.
